Pier-and-beam crawlspaces
The soil in the crawlspace and around piers and grade beams, with a check for wood close to the ground.
For floor systems that are not a slab
Termite bait stations
A bait-station system set around the house at final grade, for builders who offer it to buyers as an option. The monitoring plan is written for the buyer.

Inspection of the finished house
A written wood-destroying insect inspection for a builder's final walk or a buyer's request. A report shows what an inspector found that day, and covers that day only.

Retreats after rain or delay
If rain, a washed-out edge or a late pour disturbs treated soil, we retreat the disturbed area before concrete goes in.

Questions
Scope, in plain words
Can you treat after the slab is poured?
We can treat the outside edge of the foundation and around penetrations after the pour. The soil under a slab can only be treated before concrete goes down, which is why we book to your pour date.
Can one booking cover a whole phase?
Yes. Send a list of lots. Each lot gets its own treatment date and its own record, and you still have one coordinator for the whole list.
Do you handle general pest calls?
No. We treat the ground for new construction and inspect finished houses for builders and their buyers. For ants, roaches or rodents, a general pest company is the right call.
Tell us about your next phase
Send the lots and the foundation types. We reply with a treatment window in writing.
