This page says what we collect when you book a treatment or call, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, company, phone number, email, the subdivision and lot numbers, the pour date and anything you write in the message box.

How we use it

To reply, to schedule treatment, to write your quote and to send treatment records. We don't sell your details. We share them only with people who help us do the work you asked for, such as a scheduling or email service, and where the law requires it. If you ask us to send a record to a lender or title company, we send it to them.

How long we keep it

Treatment records stay on file as long as the law asks. Ask us for a copy, or to correct or delete what we hold, by calling or writing to the address in the footer.
