How pricing works
What moves the price of a lot, and what you get before you agree
We quote each lot in writing after we have seen the plan. Here is what the number is built from.
What decides the price
Mostly the size of the slab and how far its edge runs. A larger footprint or a longer edge takes more time and more product.
Slab footprint and edge length
Foundation type
How many lots are on one booking
Access, water and the number of retreats
What the quote includes, and doesn't
It names the lots, the areas we will treat, the visits and the retreat terms.
Included: each treatment visit and a record for each lot
Included: retreat terms in writing
Not included: soil work, grading or concrete
Not included: pest control after closing
What happens at each visit
A licensed applicator treats the areas the quote names, to the product label. Your superintendent or lead signs the treatment ticket before we leave.
When you get the number
In writing, after we have seen the plan or the lot list. We don't quote a price by phone for a lot we haven't seen.
Early starts and Saturdays
Concrete often pours early, so we book early starts and Saturday mornings like any other day. Any charge for them is written on the quote.
If the job changes
A new lot, a changed plan or a pour that moves means a written change before any extra work. You see the change before you agree to it.
Questions
Two questions about the number
How much does pre-slab treatment cost?
It depends on the slab's footprint and edge length, the foundation type, how many lots are on one booking and how easy the site is to reach. We quote per lot, in writing, once we have seen the plan. We don't quote a price by phone. The pricing page lists everything that moves the number.
What paperwork do you need from us?
The lot and subdivision, the foundation type and the pour date. For your vendor file we send our license copy, certificate of insurance and a W-9 on request.
