A small firm for the work under the slab
We treat the ground for new homes in the counties around Dallas and Fort Worth. We don't do general pest calls, and we don't sell to homeowners.
The firm is a crew of about twenty: licensed applicators, four site coordinators and a records desk. Builders hire us for the quiet part of a job. The soil is treated, the pour goes ahead on its day and the paperwork is in the file when the inspector asks.
Every site gets one named coordinator. That person books the visits, tells the superintendent about rain and retreats, and sends the record.
